Appointment Hours
Weekdays: Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm
Evenings: Monday - Friday 5 - 7 pm
Saturday & Sunday 10 am - 4 pm
Telephone Hours
Dr. Ivey is available by phone from 8 am - 7 pm on weekdays, and 9 am - 4 pm on weekends, but please call and leave a message at any time. Messages left during regular phone times are usually returned within 2 hours, messages left afterward will be returned the following morning.
Service Fees
Euthanasia Please note that the euthanasia fee does not include care of your pet’s body.
$280 Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm
$320 Weekdays 5 - 7 pm, Weekends 10 am - 4 pm, Holidays (when available)
Travel is complementary to towns within the regular service area, a $20 travel fee applies to towns in the extended service area. Click HERE to view the Service Area.
Cremation
If Dr. Ivey takes your pet’s body, she will arrange cremation with Heaven’s Gate Pet Memorial Center. Please click HERE for more information about cremation.
Communal Cremation. Your pet will be cremated with other loved pets, and the ashes will be respectfully scattered.

Private Cremation. Your pet will be cremated separately from other pets. Your pet’s ashes will be returned to you in a wooden urn with an brass metal name plate. For more information and to see a photo of a sample urn, please click HERE

r shipped to your home by USPS overnight ($40). If you choose shipping, a signature is REQUIRED at the time of delivery and you will be notified by phone and email of the delivery date.
Clay Paw Print $60 each (wooden stand and shipping are included).
Your pet’s paw is pressed into polymer clay, and this is stamped with your pet’s name and baked. These are made by Heaven’s Gate and are only available for pets that are to be cremated.
